ROUTE 119 COMPLETE STREET PLAN
The municipalities of Tarrytown, Greenburgh, Elmsford, and White Plains invite members of the community to learn about, and get involved in the Route 119 Complete Streets Plan.
The plan aims to make Route 119 a better street for all forms of transportation. Everyone is encouraged to engage and share their visions for Route 119!
