The Building Department is reponsible for Building, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler and Sign Permits, as well as scheduling and performing Building and Fire Inspections and scheduling the Architectural Review Board, Zoning Board and Planning Board.
