We have been chosen to be a TIPS location here in Elmsford and we're throwing a kick-off party on September 27th!

Now, you may be wondering, what's TIPS? Well, TIPS stands for Technologically Integrated Preventive Service, and it's all about helping you take charge of your health. With TIPS, you'll have your vital signs checked once a week by a trained technician and a nurse that will give you helpful feedback. You'll leave each session with a TIPS Sheet that includes your vital signs, an explanation of what the results mean, and any relevant recommendations or referrals. It's like having a personal health coach at your fingertips! And the best part?

The TIPS program can help you be proactive about your health and catch any negative changes early on.
